On-site Evaluation for the Red Star Award – Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs of Vietnam 2025

Following the preliminary selection round of the Red Star Award – Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs of Vietnam 2025, Specialist Level II Dentist Phạm Kim Thành – Chairman of the Board and CEO of Phương Thành Dental – was selected among the Top 120 candidates nationwide to advance to the final round.

On the afternoon of October 20, Phương Thành Dental was honored to welcome a delegation from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, led by Mr. Nguyễn Minh Tâm – Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Standing Vice Chairman of the Tây Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association, and CEO of Southern Lubricants and Chemicals Joint Stock Company, who conducted an on-site evaluation of the award criteria.

Also attending and witnessing the evaluation process were Mr. Trần Hùng – Vice Chairman of the Dong Thap Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hồng Điệp – Chief of Office of the Dong Thap Young Entrepreneurs Association.

The Red Star Award – Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs of Vietnam is a prestigious honor held once every three years. Most recipients are leaders of top enterprises who have made significant contributions to the development of the national economy.

After the working session, the evaluation delegation concluded that the candidate’s profile fundamentally met the criteria set by the Program Organizing Committee. The delegation highly appreciated the effectiveness of the company’s business operations as well as its strong sense of corporate responsibility, including full compliance with tax obligations to the State; participation in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and occupational accident insurance for employees; and positive contributions to local social welfare activities.
