Phuong Thanh Dentistry Signs a Memorandum of Understanding on the Development Orientation of Health Tourism
On February 24, 2026, at #PhuongThanhDentistry, a working session and the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding were held between the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities Research – University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, and Phuong Thanh Dentistry.
Attending the program on behalf of the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities Research was a delegation of experts and scientists, including:
  • Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Thi Thu Trang – Director of the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities Research.
  • Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Van Hanh – Program Director of Sustainable Tourism Research and Development.
  • Dr. Duong Hoang Loc – Program Director of Religion and Ethics Research.
  • Dr. Tran Tuyen – Researcher.
Along with the master’s degree holders and specialists in the delegation: M.A. Nguyen Quang Viet Ngan, M.A. Pham Thanh Thoi, M.A. Tran Tuan Dung, M.A. Duong Truong Phuc, B.A. Hua Doan Thuy, B.A. Bui Huynh Duc, B.A. Nguyen Hoang Anh Thu, M.A. Nguyen Duc Tuan, M.A. Truong Thi Loan, and other research members of the Institute.
Representing Phuong Thanh Dentistry was Specialist Level II Doctor Pham Kim Thanh – Chairman and General Director.
The meeting marked a connection between the fields of social science and tourism research with a high-quality healthcare model, aiming to create sustainable values for the community and the locality.
The two parties agreed to promote strategic directions for cooperation:
  • Researching and developing health tourism models suitable to the cultural and social context of Vietnam.
  • Enhancing professional exchange and interdisciplinary knowledge connection to improve visitor experiences.
  • Accompanying the implementation of activities aimed at sustainable tourism development associated with community healthcare.
The signing ceremony not only opened up opportunities for academic cooperation and practical application, but also helped affirm the pioneering role of Phuong Thanh Dentistry in connecting healthcare – culture – tourism with a long-term orientation.
