Ethical Sales Workshop – The Art of Treatment Consultation

Recently, the team at Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic had the opportunity to participate in the workshop “Ethical Sales – The Art of Treatment Consultation”, an internal training session that offered many practical perspectives on consultation, communication, and customer care.

More than just a skills-sharing session, the workshop also opened up new perspectives on how to build meaningful connections with customers through sincerity, empathy, and professionalism at every service touchpoint.

Through the sharing session by Master Vu Duc Hieu – CEO of Maxdent Company, the team at Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic had the opportunity to gain more valuable insights into the role of communication in treatment consultation, as well as how to create a clearer, more appropriate, and more accessible experience for each customer.
