In response to World Oral Health Day (March 20)<\/strong>, this morning at Tan Duong Primary School<\/strong>, the program \u201cSchool Dentistry – Smiles for Life\u201d<\/strong> for the period 2025 – 2030 was organized with many meaningful activities aimed at caring for and raising awareness of oral health protection among students.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The program was implemented by Dong Thap Provincial Youth Union<\/strong> in collaboration with Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic<\/strong>, with professional support from the Vietnam Odonto-Stomatology Association<\/strong> and sponsorship from Unilever Vietnam \u2013 P\/S brand<\/strong>.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

At the event, the medical team provided oral health education, proper dental care guidance, and oral health check-ups and consultations for 520 students<\/strong> of Tan Duong Primary School<\/strong>. On this occasion, the P\/S brand also donated toothpaste and toothbrushes<\/strong> to encourage the children to build a daily oral hygiene habit.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A highlight of the program was that Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic donated 01 dental chair along with equipment<\/strong> to support the school in conducting dental examinations, check-ups, and oral disease screenings right at the school\u2019s medical room.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

According to the plan, during the 2025 – 2030 period<\/strong>, the program will donate a total of 7 dental chairs<\/strong> to schools across Dong Thap Province<\/strong>, contributing to the development of a school-based oral healthcare model and spreading awareness of healthy, beautiful smiles for the younger generation.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Previously, Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic<\/strong> had also donated a dental chair to the Dong Thap School for Children with Disabilities<\/strong> and has continued providing weekly oral healthcare for the children every Wednesday over the past 5 years.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The collaboration between the blue volunteer shirts of Dong Thap youth and the medical team has contributed to bringing meaningful activities, spreading the message \u201cHealthy smiles – Bright futures\u201d<\/strong> to students.<\/span><\/div>\n
