Handing Over a Great Solidarity House to a Family in Special Hardship in Tan Khanh Dong Commune

On the afternoon of May 7, 2025, Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Tan Khanh Dong Commune, organized the handover ceremony of a Great Solidarity House to a family in especially difficult circumstances in Dong Quoi Hamlet, Tan Khanh Dong Commune, Sa Dec City.

This activity was part of the 2025 “Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses” Program in Tan Khanh Dong Commune, aiming to provide housing support for disadvantaged households and help families stabilize their lives and improve their economic conditions.

The beneficiary of this Great Solidarity House was Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong. Her family had long relied on casual labor and temporary jobs for a living, and therefore did not have the financial means to build a decent home.

The Great Solidarity House was built on an area of 60 square meters, with a corrugated iron roof and tiled floor, at a total construction cost of approximately VND 100 million. Of this amount, the “Smiles for Life” Fund of Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic Co., Ltd. contributed VND 60 million, while the remaining amount was covered by the family.

The “Smiles for Life” Fund of Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic Co., Ltd. was established and maintained for charitable purposes, contributing practical values to the community. The activities sponsored by the fund are not only material gifts, but also acts of compassion and encouragement for poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households to overcome difficulties and move forward in life.
