CENTRAL EMULATION AND COMMENDATION BOARD visits and works with PHUONG THANH DENTAL CLINIC

On July 24, 2026, Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic was honored to welcome the delegation from the Central Emulation and Commendation Board for a working visit. The delegation included:

Mr. Pham Duc Toan – Deputy Head of the Central Emulation and Commendation Board, Head of the Delegation.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tam – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Sa Dec Ward People’s Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thuat – Head of the Department of Legal Affairs and Complaint Resolution, Central Emulation and Commendation Board, Deputy Head of the Delegation.

Mr. Dao Duc Duong – Specialist of the Department of Legal Affairs and Complaint Resolution, Central Emulation and Commendation Board, Member and Secretary of the Delegation.

Ms. Phan Thi Tuyet Nhung – Specialist of the Provincial and Municipal Emulation and Commendation Department (Department III), Central Emulation and Commendation Board, Member.

During the meeting, Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic presented its operational achievements and shared its future development strategy, including advancing specialized dental services, expanding the market, establishing a dental hospital, and developing a Dental Tourism model that combines high-quality oral healthcare with the cultural and tourism experiences of Dong Thap, contributing to the promotion of the province and delivering greater value to customers.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Pham Duc Toan acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic in investing in modern facilities, building a highly qualified professional team, continuously improving service quality, and pioneering the development of the Dental Tourism model.

The Head of the Delegation expressed his expectation that the clinic would continue to build on its achievements, promote innovation, contribute to improving public healthcare quality, and spread positive values through patriotic emulation movements. The model has been highly recognized by both local and central authorities and is expected to receive continued support.

Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic was established in 2014 with only two dental chairs. Driven by the aspiration to bring high-quality dental services to the people of Dong Thap, the clinic officially became Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic One Member Co., Ltd. in 2020 and has continued to grow steadily ever since.

Currently, Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic operates two facilities in Sa Dec and Cao Lanh, with more than 20 dentists and a professional team serving patients from both inside and outside the province.

Some outstanding achievements of the clinic include:

• First, it is the first dental clinic to establish a Party Cell within a private enterprise, currently with 16 Party members, contributing to strengthening the role of the Party organization in business development.
• Second, it places strong emphasis on developing high-quality human resources with more than 20 dentists and multiple specialized departments to meet the increasing treatment demands of the community.
• Third, it actively promotes digital transformation and artificial intelligence, develops its own management software, and gradually digitalizes clinical operations and business management.
• Fourth, it has invested boldly in advanced technologies such as 3D Cone Beam CT, CAD/CAM systems, digital intraoral scanners, T-Scan, dental microscopes, and digital Implant systems to improve treatment quality.
• Fifth, it identifies science, technology, and innovation as key drivers of development. The clinic has obtained two provincial-level innovation initiatives, is implementing one provincial science and technology project, and has been officially recognized as a Science and Technology Enterprise.
• Sixth, it always integrates social responsibility with professional activities. The clinic has implemented community oral healthcare programs, installed seven dental chairs in schools, and every Wednesday provides free examinations and treatment for children with disabilities, with the goal of ensuring that no child is left behind in oral healthcare.

In addition, Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic has received numerous recognitions, including ISO 9001:2015 certification, Vietnam Golden Star Award, Science and Technology Enterprise certification, and is currently participating in the National Quality Gold Award evaluation, along with many other honors in innovation and communications.

In the coming years, Phuong Thanh Dental Clinic will continue to pursue sustainable development with patients at the center of all activities, while investing in science and technology, artificial intelligence, scientific research, and high-quality human resource development. The clinic will further develop its Dental Tourism model, create oral healthcare products from local medicinal herbs, and gradually work toward becoming a specialized Dental Hospital, contributing to better public oral healthcare and the socio-economic development of Dong Thap Province.
